For just a small town we have a thriving and diverse local music scene, with music being played and organised in our local area, here are just a few groups (apologies to any omitted);
Our very own and superb HARBOROUGH BRASS BAND with their JUNIOR SECTION and TRAINING BAND -
We see some excellent concerts with top names (recent acts have included John Mayall, Nils Lofgren and Nine below zero) booked in Market Harborough and the surrounding area primarily by DAVE ALLEN at MAD HATTER CONCERTS and the team of LOUD PROMOTIONS from "Wilby" (again see our web link page) - We have young (and not so young) groups, players and singers offering a diverse range of music in and around our town including :
